How To Catch Crappie

Do you want to finally learn how to catch crappie?

I have fished with guys who can seemingly pull crappies out of the water anytime they want to while the rest of us just look on in amazement. When you ask them how they catch so many crappies you usually get an answer like 'Oh it's easy", followed by some explanation that you can't really follow.

Many fisherman love to catch crappies because in most locations there are no size limits and many places the take limits are very high. In PA, you can catch as many as 50 crappies a day. When you know how to find them fishing for crappies can be a piece of cake.

A good fisherman knows how to catch crappie because he can see how to spot crappie without ever getting in the water. All the info you need to find and fish crappies is right in front of you, if you know where to look. And you've gotten the right advice.

You can scour the internet looking for information on how to catch crappie and hope that most of it is accurate or you can locate one good solid resource for crappie fishing information and save yourself a lot of work.

I have found such a resoure and as of this writing you are being given a 10 day "heads up" that all of this fishing information is going to be revealed. You may be reading this too late for the advance warning but it's never too late to get the information. This information will totally change the way you fish for crappies.

So where to find it? It's right here, and if the site's not live yet make sure you bookmark it so you can be among the first: How To Catch Crappie

Used Cars Exposed Review

3 Shocking Facts!
Did you know…

1. An estimated 95% of used car dealers actually lie about cars’ features to get your business! Do you know when they’re lying?

2. The average used car dealer uses a particular legal loophole to screw you and avoid being prosecuted by law. Do you know that loophole?

3. The President of APA (The Automobile Protection Agency), George Iny, himself, has the following to say about buying a used car

“The market can’t be trusted.”

“Better have a lot of luck!”

Don’t Get Ripped Off!

Be Prepared!

Don’t get caught with,

•Hidden Rust that will rot your patience as well as your wallet!
•An engine that consumes more oil than someone on the atkins diet!
•A flooded car, put simply, a car flooded with problems!
•Replaced panels that only cover problems!
•Brakes which will run out just as your safety does.
•An AC fix, that’s’ fixed to keep you cool during your test drive, you’ll be steaming when you get home!
•A Slipping Transmission, that “slips past” safety, but won't let you get past your next season!
•Swapped parts! Or didn’t you know?
•A car that won’t start! Is it the starter, battery or alternator? You’ll have to pay $200 just to find out!

When looking at what’s out there to help someone like me and you, we find an array of used car buying guides but nothing that addresses the issue.

At best you will be told that you should check this and that, but for someone like me or you who is not a mechanic we need to be SHOWN what to look for and what to listen for not TOLD what to do!

Seeing is believing, and words don’t cut it. It’s like trying to explain the taste of honey versus sugar to someone who hasn’t tasted them.

The Result?
Used Cars Exposed: The Video Buyers Guide!

Unlike most other used car guides, Used Cars Exposed shows you how to discover the faults of the car you are interested in buying.

It doesn’t leave you to the mercy of used car ratings which tell you nothing of how the car you are looking at was used or abused, and it doesn’t tell you what to look for, it shows you step by step through video demonstration what to look for.

Lets have a quick look at what is included...

Three Steps To Get Them Back After A Relationship Break Up

You've suffered a relationship break up, and now you're wondering if it's possible to get your ex back. This is a natural reaction, and they call it suffering through a break up with good reason.

The answer to that question is yes far more often than you might think, but you need to approach things the right way to have any chance of getting back together after a relationship break up.

Before you start the process of fixing a broken relationship, you need to ask yourself the all-important question: should I fix this relationship. After a relationship break up, you will understandably feeling lonely and lost.

This is not a good reason to try and get back with your ex, because these feelings can lead you to ignore the very real problems that lead to the relationship falling apart to begin with.

But if you look at the relationship and realize that your reasons for wanting to get back with your ex are genuine, then it's time to take the right steps to mend the parts of the relationship that are broken.

You need to take a planned and measured approach, though, and not just go charging right in. You wouldn't run on a broken leg, and you need to take the same kind of care in healing after a relationship break up.

Step One: Date Someone Else

I know this seems like weird advice when you're trying to get your ex back, but this is a very useful step. The keyword here is date; this is not an invitation to start a full-fledged romance.

But dating other people will serve two purposes. One is that it will show you whether or not you should be trying to get your ex back: if you find you're not thinking about them and are thing about your date, then this is a sign that you may be moving on.

The other reason is that it will give you some space to reflection on your relationship and something to compare it to. This will give you the information you will need to do the next step.

Step Two: Know what went wrong

The cliché is that people that don't k now their history are doomed to repeat it. This is rarely more true than in repairing a broken relationship. If you don't know exactly what went wrong, you won't be able to fix it, so it is very important that you figure out where things went wrong so that you can navigate around the reasons for your relationship break up.

Step Three: Use a Light Touch

Start slow and don't rush things. Do not, under any circumstances, expect things to immediately revert to the good old days before the relationship break up. You need to look at this as starting all over, and you need to let things progress at their own pace. Nothing will put your ex off faster than you trying to push them too far, too fast.

While this article will certainly start you on the road to winning them back after a relationship break up, you may still need more advice and instruction. If this is the case, don't hesitate to look for the advice that will help you get back to the place where you were happy.

4 Steps To Stop Your Divorce And Save Your Marriage

The thing you need to know is that it is not too late to stop your divorce. The break up of marriage is one of the worst things that can happen to a person, and it is all too common. More than half of all marriages today will end in divorce. When you consider that divorce is commonly regarded as one of the most stressful events that can happen in a person's life, even beyond the death of a dead one, this is a lot of heartache out there in the world.

The tragedy is that most of these breakups could have been prevented. You do not have to be a statistic. You can do something about it; you can stop your divorce. I won't say that it is going to be easy, but it is possible. You just have to follow the steps to rebuild what has been broken.

You can't expect to stop your divorce without a plan anymore than you can expect to build a house without blueprints. Fortunately, the help is available and it behooves you to take advantage of it. Your marriage does not have to fail. You can do something.

Step One: Find the Problem

You can't stop your divorce if you don't know why your marriage is falling apart. You need to work with your spouse to diagnose what is wrong with the marriage. This is a little harder than it sounds, because what you think might be the reason for the divorce is just a symptom.

Step Two: Fix the Problem

In many ways, this is the most important step. If you can't fix the problem, then you can't stop your divorce. Some problems can't be fixed, but most can. The reason most marriage ending problems don't get solved is that they are never identified. But you've already done that in step one. What you need to do know is work with your spouse to make the compromises that will save your marriage.

Step Three: Remember the Good Times

You're going to need to remind both your spouse and yourself why you were together to begin with. No matter how bad your marriage has gotten, there was a point when things were good. You should try to get back to that place, but you should always keep in mind that it existed.

Step Four: Start Over

The last step in your quest to stop your divorce is to begin again. You need to look at your marriage as a brand new marriage. While you should keep in mind the good times, you need to forget the bad times and learn about your spouse all over again. Things have changed, and you need to make your marriage work with the person you are married to, not the person you used to be married to or the person you wish they were. Accept them as they are, and work together to build a better, stronger marriage.

If you follow these four steps, you will be able to stop your divorce. If you need more help, then don't be afraid to look for it. There are systems out there to help fix what is broken in your relationship, and you need to be willing to use them.

7 Top Signs Of Cheating In A Relationship

Top Signs Of Cheating In A Relationship

If you suspect your partner at all, you should look for signs of cheating in a relationship. Usually if you see smoke, a fire is burning somewhere. So if you have doubt in your partner’s fidelity, there’s probably a reason.

Remember that just because you see signs of cheating in a relationship, though, that doesn’t necessarily mean that cheating is going on. Once you’ve seen the signs, you’ll have to look further to determine if cheating is really happening.

And sometimes there are no signs of cheating in a relationship and yet cheating is going on. It’s not an easy position to be in, to have to figure these things out.

The following signs can certainly lead you one direction or another. Don’t make a decision just based on one or even a few of them. But a lot of evidence can certainly let you know that something may be wrong, and you may want to look at little closer.

• Secret cell phone conversations are one of the top signs. If your partner leaves the room every time the cell phone rings, you have to wonder why. Were they taught that’s polite? If they’re at all strange acting about the conversation, you should pay attention.

• Sudden change in hygiene is common when someone is having an affair. If your partner never goes to any special trouble for you to make sure he or she looks and smells good, a change in this could be worrisome. If they’re making themselves nice for you, that’s great. If they’re dolling up to go out, you have to wonder why.

• More arguments can be one of the signs of cheating in a relationship. Particularly if it seems your partner is starting the argument for no reason and then storming out because of it. It could be just an excuse to leave and have some time away from you without having to come up with another excuse.

• Catching your partner in a lie can mean trouble. Even the smallest lie shows that person’s willingness to lie in general. Look for connections between that lie and the possibility of an affair.

• An increase in computer time can be a bad sign. If your partner is spending hours online after you’re in bed or while you’re doing other things, it could be an affair.

• A common sign of cheating is if your friends act strange. They might know something you don’t and feel uncomfortable around you.

• And a painfully common sign of cheating is if your partner accuses you of cheating or hints that he thinks you might be having an affair. Very often, that’s a guilty conscious talking and you’re being accused of the thing that’s causing him or her guilt.

The only way to know for sure is to have real evidence. So remember that even though these are common signs of cheating in a relationship, none of them can be used to prove an affair is occurring.

Blog Mastermind Mentoring Review

This was a recent issue Blog Tips Newsletter by Yaro Starak creator of the Blog Mastermind Mentoring Program. Thsi info is so good I just had to pass it on to you. Click here to join the Blog Mastermind Mentoring Program

If you just started blogging chances are you don't have many readers, if any at all.

If you are wondering what you are doing wrong and what you need to do in order to build an audience, this newsletter will help.

---------------------

Why is it that some bloggers have all the traffic and others are lucky if they have about 10 visitors per day?

You may write regular content for your blog but because no one reads it, you feel like you are wasting your time.

All blogs are not created equal. Guy Kawasaki started a blog and a few weeks after launching he had over 4,000 daily readers. So what made him different?

Guy is a famous author and business speaker so he had the benefit of lots of other bloggers and media spreading the word about his blog for him.

Chances are you don't have the same advantage as Guy. I didn't, I had to earn my blog traffic the hard way.

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO MARKET?

Blogging is like starting your own print newsletter or "fanzine". First you put the hard work in, gather a collection of articles, images and other content and launch your new publication.

Once the first issue is ready it's time to get out there and show it to everyone.

You won't have a marketing budget or the benefits of a public relations officer drumming up free publicity for you. You have to do all this for yourself. You wear all the hats for your blog - author, publisher, marketer and public relations.

This is why a lot of bloggers fail. You produce good content but you don't know how to MARKET your blog.

Most bloggers do not know where the best places are to drum up traffic and instead use "shotgun" tactics - haphazardly shooting for traffic all over the place using as many random methods as possible with no thought into exactly what is the smart way to get traffic.

No methodology. No process.

START AT THE BEGINNING

The first step to build blog traffic is accepting the fact that you will have to *work* for your traffic. No one is going to do it for you. No one is going to help you. Your blog is your baby and you are a single parent, solely responsible for its growth.

Are you okay with that? Do you accept the burdens?

Yes? Good! Okay, let's move forward.

Blog traffic building begins, just like a magazine, by creating something worth reading. You would never go out and hand out copies of your fanzine if it had only one or two articles in it.

Before we even talk about finding readers for your blog you have to ask whether the readers you are chasing will read your blog once they get there.

Is your blog AMAZING? Do you have great content? Do you even know what great content is?

Take a good look at your blog and review whether your starting content is worthy enough to capture and retain the attention of readers.

If you just switched the "on" button for your blog then there is only one thing you need to worry about. Forget about traffic. Sit down, get your writers hat on and start writing articles.

If you haven't done so already, cover at least these topics before properly launching your blog -

1. Your About Page

Who are you? What you are blogging about and why would a person want to read your blog? What is in it for them?

Talk about the BENEFITS for your readers, NOT the features of your blog.

2. Your Contact Page

You need a contacts page because you want to make it easy for your readers to get in touch with you. If possible, include a nice smiley picture of your face on your contacts page, to make your blog more personal.

Other possible contact details you might want to include in your contact page:

- Phone number (if you are comfortable with this)
- Mailing address (ditto)
- Skype, MSN Messenger or Google talk contact details
- A link to your Linked-In, Facebook or MySpace profile
- Your Twitter, StumbleUpon or Digg profile

You can place anything you feel comfortable making available to the public on your contact page.

3. Pillar Articles

I'll discuss the concept of "pillar articles" in more depth in an upcoming email newsletter, but for the moment you need to start working on some nice, fat, juicy, meaty...okay, you get the picture - SOLID articles.

Something substantial. Something worth reading that teaches your audience about the subjects relevant to your blog topic. Not just news reposts from other websites. This is ORIGINAL content from your mind.

Be creative, be interesting, be inspirational and demonstrate these elements through your blog articles.

LAYING THE FOUNDATIONS

Do you know what a pre-launch is?

A pre-launch is what you do before you *launch* your blog. You take certain actions and set up the foundations at your blog before you tell anyone about it.

The purpose of a pre-launch is so you don't go wasting time marketing your blog to build traffic before there is anything there. There's no point trying to sell an empty book.

I tell my blogging students not to bother looking for traffic in the first month of blogging. Your blog may be online, but it's better if people don't know about it until you get something there worth reading. Once the content is in place and you finish all the pre-launch activities, then you can officially "launch" and get the word out about your blog.

Knuckle down, work on your pre-launch and you will be ready and confident when you start to drum up your initial traffic that the new readers you attract will stick around and not immediately click away from your blog.

WHAT GOES INTO A GOOD PRE-LAUNCH?

If you need help with your blog pre-launch and want to know what steps to take during the first month of creating a new blog, I have a private blog training program you can join.

My mentoring course is called Blog Mastermind and provides a step-by-step guide to take your blog from zero to hero, explode your traffic and build a solid income stream, so you can quit your job and earn a full time income from blogging part time.

During the first month of Blog Mastermind I provide you with lessons that reveal the common mistakes most new bloggers make and how you can avoid their fate and launch your blog with all the right elements in place.

I've helped over 1,000 students successfully launch blogs. Here's some feedback I received from one of my students -

******

Where do I begin? I started getting into the idea
of blogging from a friend of mine who earns a
decent living from running websites and the one
piece of advice he gave to me was to learn as much
as possible. Whilst I have used many resources to
assist my blogging process, yours has been the
easiest to understand and the most informative.

How To Cure Bad Breath

This Info Provided By Mark Belmont Author of How To Be Handsome.

A couple of days ago, I met with a real estate agent named Bruce
who had been recommended by a friend. I'm thinking about selling
my condo, and this guy seems to be pretty highly regarded, so I
decided to meet with him and discuss my options.

As soon as he opened his mouth to say hello, I couldn't help but
cringe. Bruce had absolutely HORRIBLE smelling breath. I can
usually handle a bit of bad breath if I just keep my distance,
but this was too much. Even sitting across the table from him, I
could still smell it. Awful.

Needless to say, I ended the meeting as soon as possible. Bruce
could have been an exceptional real estate agent, but
unfortunately he'll never get my business. I couldn't even
listen to what he was saying because I was concentrating so hard
on avoiding the stench of his breath.

This was a particularly bad example, but bad breath (or
"halitosis" as it's clinically known) is actually a very common
problem. And it's also a very good way of alienating people,
losing business, and killing your chances with a woman.

In this post, I'm going to share with you some of the most
effective methods of eliminating bad breath.

-------------

- There's only one surefire way to test and see if you have bad
breath. First, wash your hands thoroughly. Then, lick the back
of your hand. Yep, you read that correctly... LICK the back of
your hand. Then, smell your hand. If it smells a bit funky,
then chances are your breath is worse. If there's no smell at
all, then your breath is probably fine. Always wash your hands
first (and probably after, too) so that you don't lick up a bunch
of germs.

- Brush your teeth and floss twice daily. Duh! Flossing is
equally important, though, because plaque buildup can cause
bacteria growth and lead to bad breath.

- Clean your tongue every morning after brushing your teeth.
This is crucial. To do so, you can either buy a tongue scraper
at the store or use a kitchen spoon. Gently pull the white gunk
at the back of your tongue forwards, and rinse the tongue
scraper/spoon in the sink. You don't need to get all the white
crap off, just give it a couple wipes to get the excess. Trust
me, doing this regularly helps a lot... just be careful not to
reach too far back and activate your gag reflex!

- Drink lots of water. Yep, staying hydrated is a great way to
prevent bad breath. In fact, when you wake up in the morning the
reason you have such awful breath is because your mouth has been
dry all night. Your saliva is an important part of oral hygiene,
and drinking lots of water keeps your saliva glands working
properly.

- Chew gum. This activates your saliva glands and also
temporarily masks bad breath. This won't necessarily "cure" bad
breath but it can definitely hide it.

- If you have an important engagement coming up, try to avoid
things that really stink up your breath: coffee, alcohol,
onions, and spicy foods are some of the worst offenders.

- If you have persistent bad breath that isn't cured through
regular use of the above tactics, then you should see a doctor.
Halitosis can occasionally be caused by a different underlying
problem, and a doctor will be able to diagnose this.

Tips On How To Get Your Ex Boyfriend Back

Getting dumped by your boyfriend is no fun and if you're still in love with him then you're probably desperately trying to find help on how to get your ex boyfriend back. Following the tips I'm about to outline for you is a great start that will set you on the right road to winning him back.

The worst thing that you can do in your quest to understand how to get your ex boyfriend back, is to get desperate and needy. Desperate and needy spells out of control and high maintenance. Boyfriends hate out of control and high maintenance because it means they never know what you'll do and where you'll do it and so they're never at ease. Letting your ex boyfriend see that you're out of control is a surefire way to drive him away, so if this is you, you need to stop.

Not only that in this state, you hand over far too much power to your ex boyfriend and you could find yourself taken advantage of big time. So if you want him back, don't set yourself up for a possibly painful and frustrating time.

What you should also avoid is to make yourself too readily available to your ex as you try and work out how to get your ex boyfriend back. Show him that you value and have pride in yourself and that you're not sitting home waiting for him to call. Get out and about and show him that you've got your life together and that you've taken the breakup in your stride. Having him believe anything else makes your goal to get him back an up hill battle that you will probably lose. So don't sit at home obsessing about what he might or might not be up to. Get yourself out!

If you want to get him back, make sure that you're looking after yourself. After all, you need to give him something to want to come back to and that means not letting yourself go. Instead of staying home consoling yourself with chocolate and soda make sure that you hit the gym and keep on hitting it! Start eating healthily and be sure you're always looking your best when you're out and about. Not only will all of this make you look good, but it will do the world of good for your self-esteem which has no doubt taken a huge blow through all of this.

Now everything outlined works together, so if you're after the best results don't apply each step in isolation. They all impact on each other and that's how you should use these steps when you're trying to understand how to get your ex boyfriend back.

Men! Lose 10 pounds In 2 Minutes

Sadly, it's not entirely accurate, because losing ten pounds in two minutes is pretty much impossible (unless you're willing to slice off a body part).

What I CAN teach you is how to HIDE some of your excess weight.

Wearing certain types of clothing can do an excellent job of hiding a few extra pounds, especially around the midsection.

-------------

Here are a few tips that will help you hide your flab:

- Don't be fooled into thinking that "looser is better". Even for overweight men, having clothes that fit properly is important. If you have baggy clothes, it can actually further accentuate your extra weight. Of course, clothes that are too tight will also be unflattering.

- Avoid clothes with horizontal or diagonal stripes. These make you look wider. The only stripes that work for overweight men are vertical pinstripes.

- Similarly, clothes with big emblems can also make you look bigger. Go for items with small patterns or logos.

- Try going "monochromatic" with your clothes. Wear a similar colored pants and shirt combination with a different colored sweater, blazer, or jacket over top.

- Dark colors are usually more flattering for overweight men. Black and dark blue tend to work particularly well.

- Long-sleeve shirts will make you look more proportional. T-shirts and short-sleeved shirts can draw attention to your midsection.

----------

Next time you're heading out for an important social occasion (a first date, perhaps?) try using some of these strategies... I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how much slimmer they can actually make you look.

Improve Your Sex Life By Lowering Your Blood Pressure

By Frank Mangano
Co-Author, "Low Pressure Sex"

Anyone with a history of high blood pressure in their family knows
what devastation it can wreak. It carries with it a mishmash of
health risks, many of them serious, like tripling the risk of dying
from a heart attack, quadrupling the risk of dying from a stroke,
doubling the risk of congestive heart failure and tripling the risk
of developing kidney disease.

But if our very lives weren't enough for high blood pressure to be
in the top five of our "Health Issues to Be Concerned About" lists,
then how about the lives of our marriages and relationships?

High blood pressure has a significant impact on a couple's sexlife.
Sex is a crucial part of any relationship, and when a loving
couple is not having it at least on a semi-regular basis, more
often than not, the relationship sours faster than curdled milk.

The reason high blood pressure affects the average sexlife all
boils down to blood flow. Due to the narrowing of the arteries that
high blood pressure creates, it diminishes a man's ability to have
an.erection -- never mind maintain one -- as there's less blood
flowing to the penis.

To rectify this situation, the average guy heads to his doctor,
reluctantly tells him or her about his issues "down there," and the
doctor prescribes him with some form of hypertension med -- usually
an alpha or beta-blocker.

Problem solved, right? Not exactly.

While your blood pressure levels might lower incrementally, your
sex drive will lower incrementally as well -- the very opposite of
what you want to have happen.

This isn't some theory concocted by so-called natural health "whack
jobs," mind you. Well-respected news organizations and medical
information outlets -- like ABC News and the Mayo Clinic --
corroborate this. In an ABC News webcast on Feb. 7 of last year,
Dr. Domenic Sica, chairman for Clinical Pharmacology and
Hypertension at the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical
Center, said this:

"When you look at it, a number of the blood pressure medications we
use are associated with the onset of male dysfunction. Now, that
can be a diuretic, a beta-blocker, or so-called peripheral alpha
beta-blocker -- those are three drugs commonly linked to male
dysfunction."

I'm not sure the link can be made any clearer; you name the
hypertension drug, and it will adversely affect your sexlife.

Given this, if you'll pardon the cliche, how does one kill two
birds with one stone? How does one lower their blood pressure and
improve their lovelife at the same time? Or is that even possible?

Absolutely it's possible, and you can learn how to do it
all-naturally.

Along with my good friend and co-author, Jon Benson, I have
developed an easy, all-natural way to lower your blood pressure and
improve your sex life at the same time. I wasn't sure this was
possible, but after hours of research and hordes of emails telling
me how my system worked for them, I don't just think it's possible,
I know it's possible!

Let me prove it to you.

I recommend you visit my website immediately, where you'll get a
crash course on how this issue has affected me personally; more
information on the links between what's 'down there' and
hypertension; and most important of all, how you can improve the
health of your body and your relationship...all-naturally.

I Want My Husband Back - 5 Helpful Tips

“I want my husband back” is the cry of many women who have seen their marriage start to crumble. It happens often times quietly and slowly and before you know it the marriage looks like it is coming to an end. If you aren't willing to let your marriage die, if you aren't willing to let it fall apart right before your very eyes, then do something about it. Here are some things that can help you get that love back when "I want my husband back."

1.Realize that it wasn't just you and it wasn't just him. It was the both of you. If you are willing to make changes in the way you approach the marriage, your husband might be willing to. Some of it comes down to the way you look at the situation.

2.Realize that it wasn't all one person who is at fault. “It takes two to tango” the saying goes. The same thing is true in any relationship. It isn't just one person that makes it work and it isn't just one person that causes it to fall apart. Don't put all of the weight on your shoulders and don't put it all on your husband's. Pull your weight and encourage him by example to pull his own in trying to make things right.

3.Start with where you are in life and see where you are in life. Look at what it is that makes you happy and drives you. Look for the same thing with your husband. Try to find common ground. If there is love there, you will find that common ground.

4.Once you have found that common ground, try to find some way to use that to your advantage. If there is something that brings the two of you joy, try to find some way for the two of you to experience it together. Let it seem like a spontaneous thought and try to make it seem like it is his idea. Try and generate some excitement about it. Don't go over board with the excitement, though.

5.When you are doing the things that the both of you love, let him know how special you think he is and how much you appreciate him. Let him know that you miss what you used to have. Let him know how you feel. It is easier to have those feelings reciprocated when you are both having fun doing something you love. Don't be afraid to tell him, "I want my husband back." You may just find out he wants the same thing.

You have to know that it may not be possible to get back the relationship to the level it was when it was at it's peak. Just because "I want my husband back" doesn't mean that it is the best thing to get it back to the way that it was. You should believe, though, that what you saw as the high point of your relationship doesn't have to be the all time high point. The best in life is still to come if you are willing to do the work that you need to do. Tell yourself, "I want my husband back, but I want the relationship back stronger than ever" and then work to make it happen.

PULL It Together - Help Save Your Marriage

Those who want help save your marriage from ending in divorce need to PULL it together. It is a hard thing to watch a marriage that was once so precious and important fall apart. It's heart breaking to sit by as the two of you start going your separate ways. If you don't want that to happen then do something about it. Pull it together to help save your marriage.

Chill out:

Take a moment to catch your breath and step back from the situation. Not necessarily take a break from it but to just calm down. It is easy for things to get over-heated. Take a moment to catch your breath and give it a moment to cool off. When you were young you were probably told to count to 10 when you got angry so that you could give yourself a chance to get yourself under control.

The same principle applies here. Before you do anything else, take a breath. The next time something is said to you that makes you mad, calm down, get a hold of yourself and then let go of your anger. Only then can you truly learn how to communicate and take the next step to help save your marriage.

Understand what is happening:

While you are “chilling out” and taking a moment to breathe, take a look at what is happening. This is where you try and look at the big picture and then look at things from other perspectives. From where you are standing at the moment things may look pretty bad. Try to look at it from other perspectives and it might not be as bad as you thought.

Try looking at it from an outsiders perspective and from the one you love. From those other perspectives you might find out why things have been getting out of control. There may be a relatively simple solution to help save your marriage.

Laugh at yourselves:

This doesn't mean to make light of the situation but it does mean don't take yourselves so seriously. It is easy to make mountains out of mole hills. Things snowball out of control but when you are able to see what it was that actually made the snowball you may end up laughing at it.

It can be hilarious to find out how a minuscule thing can turn into something so huge when it didn't have to. It can be hilarious if you are willing to let it be. Many times when people go through a rough time they will say, “Sometime we are going to look back at this and laugh!” Why wait?

Look for ways to improve:

Once you have had a chance to step back and catch your breath and then been able to get some perspective on the situation, you can move on. When you have realized that at it's root, this situation or problems that you have been struggling with is really small and manageable you can get things on track.

The next thing that you need to do is commit yourself to finding a way to improve. If you are responsible for the little things that get blown out of proportion, then try stopping it. If you have learned that you overreact, then stop it. Improve the way you handle situations and everything else may just fall into place to help save your marriage.

To help save your marriage, PULL together and bring back what belongs together...the two of you.

My Boyfriend Dumped Me - Picking Myself Back Up

“I feel like dying because my boyfriend dumped me!” It isn't the end of the world and it isn't even close. Even though it hurts, it isn't going to kill you. This is something that you can and will get over. It will take some work, some help, some readjusting in the way you think, and some time. Be sure that just because you are upset that “my boyfriend dumped me” doesn't mean that life stops, life goes on. Be ready for it.

Getting past the idea that “my boyfriend dumped me” isn't going to be easy but it also isn't going to be impossible. You are going to have to pick yourself up and dust yourself off and move along. The alternative means that you will be stuck wallowing in your own misery. If that is no life that you want to have then do what it takes to get out of it. It takes work to climb back out of the pit but the work is worth it.

Don't be afraid to ask for help but be careful where it is that you ask for it. If you are battling depression because of it, seek professional help. This doesn't mean that you are going crazy, depression is something that many people deal with so don't worry about people judging you. Do try to beat it, though.

It may be, though, that you have good friends or family that can help you out while you are trying to deal with that fact that “my boyfriend dumped me.” Be careful to not lay too much on these people, though, and when you ask for advice, follow it. If you are constantly complaining about your life and the situation but aren't following up on what advice is given, they are going to reach a point that you don't want. They are going to get tired of you and cut you off or seriously consider it.

You should also re-frame the way you look at the situation. Try looking at it from a different angle or perspective. While you may see it as the end of the world, from another person's perspective, it may not be. Try to find that other person's perspective. Try to see what good it is that you have to offer someone. What are your best qualities? For sure there is going to be someone out there who will appreciate them. Wait for them to come along.

While you are waiting, find some way to improve yourself. Find something that you have long dreamed about doing and throw your life into it. If there is something non-romantic that you have longed to achieve in life, pursue it. Do you want to make yourself better in anyway, now is the time to do it. Try to find someway to use this time and that negative energy you have and do something positive with it.

The end result will be a happier you. Once you have found that happiness, it will become magnetic and draw in the person that you dream of, the one that makes you smile and makes you feel like you belong. It will make you look back on this dark time in your life when you were crying because “my boyfriend dumped me” and see it as one of the best things that ever happened to you.

3 Different Methods Of Brewing

There are lots of different ways you can brew beer from home. You
can take the easy and quick route or the longer route, I'll go
through the reasons for each in a minute. Large breweries obviously
do the whole shebang.

They malt their barley, they mash their grains and they can afford
to do this because they're a big company. But if you don't want to
go through the whole process, you don't have to and here's why...
These days, you can buy cans of malt extract and hopped malted
extract, so essentially all the hard work has been done for you.

This really cuts down on your brewing time and it makes everything
so much easier, not to mention that you really don't need much
equipment at all.

This is called kit brewing, because you start with a brew kit.
These days there are a whole heap of good quality brands available
and it's possible to make some really excellent beer with it. To do
a kit brew, you simply open up the tin, add some extra malt
extract, boil it up and away you go.

Some people make the mistake of thinking that this is an inferior
way to brew. In fact it's not. I've made some excellent beers this
way, although I quickly moved onto extract and all grain brewing
later, it wasn't because the beer was bad.

The pros of this method are that it's easy. You mix a few things
up, boil it up (not completely necessary, but advisable), then let
the yeast do it's work. It doesn't require much equipment either.
You can simply buy a basic kit from your home brew shop and be sure
that you have enough stuff to do the job. No struggling to build
yourself an all grain brewery here.

And finally, it's quick to do. Once all your equipment is cleaned,
you can have your brewing done in under an hour. This is either
good or bad depending on how busy you are and how hooked you are on
brewing. Once you get hooked you probably won't mind spending all
day in your garage tinkering away like a mad scientist.

On the downside, you're somewhat limited to what you can brew. Just
using the malt extracts from the tin is easy, but it doesn't allow
you to be as creative. This is great when you're beginning, but as
you gain more experience, some of the fun comes from thinking up
recipes and trying out different things. You can't really do this
well with kit brews.

The next level up is extract brewing. This is a great next step for
those people who are a little bored with brewing the same old kits.
It's basically the same as kit brewing, except for one extra step:
steeping specialty grains.

In the next step, I'll be briefly mentioning mashing grains. That's
not necessary here for one main reason, the grains you'll be using
don't need to be mashed. They do however, need to be crushed. You
can do this with a machine at home or you can just get the home
brew shop to do it for you.

Just make sure you don't crush the grains into powder, you want the
sugars from the grains to go into the beer, not the actual grain
husks themselves. This additional step is simple and can make for
great beer.

Not only does it add extra character to the beer, it allows you to
be more creative and also allows you to emulate your favorite
styles even closer...

Steeping is also quite easy. Simply heat up your pot of water (the
stuff you're going to use to do the boil in) then when it gets
close to boiling, turn off the heat and, with your specialty grains
in a grain bag, start dunking the bag in and out, ensuring that you
get all the sugars out that you can.

Be careful not to squeeze the grain bag too hard, you don't want
any part of the actual grain husk to go into the water, we only
want the sugars that will create a nice flavor in the beer later
on. Dunk for a while and then let the grains soak in the pot for
about 20-30 minutes.

At this point, you can put the rest of the ingredients in and
continue as you did with a kit beer.

The final step is called all grain brewing. This is as hardcore as
you can get. The downside is that it requires more skill, more
knowledge and more equipment. The upside is that it can be more
fun, it's more creative so you can make whatever beer you feel like
and you get to spend an entire day brewing beer!

With all grain brewing, forget using extracts or anything else that
will make brewing easier, doing it all grain is doing it like the
big breweries do it. You'll select your own grains, mash them, do
some other stuff and then continue as normal.

I imagine that anyone hooked on home brewing will eventually move
onto all grain brewing. It's just so much fun and allows you to
literally be a mad scientist. Anything goes! There is an entire
chapter on this process towards the end of this chapter, so don't
worry, all will be clear by the end of this book.

When to Graduate...

A lot of people have asked me when they should move on from kits to
extracts to all grains. And I usually tell them once they've been
brewing for exactly 12.3 weeks. No I don't, because there is no
hard and fast rule about this.

It all has to do with you. You're the boss here, you make all the
decisions. I do recommend you start with kit brews just so you get
the process down pat. It's simple and once you've done a couple you
might be bored, but just start with kits anyway.

So the key is to realize when you are bored and when you feel a bit
stifled by the restrictions of your current process. Once you get a
couple of kit brews under your belt, you might feel it's time to
start playing around with specialty grains.

And maybe once you've done a few extracts, you feel it's time to
move on to the final step of all grain brewing. It really doesn't
matter. And despite what some hardcore brewers say, there's nothing
wrong with just brewing kit beer.

If you kit beer makes you happy and you don't want to spend hours
brewing away, don't! Screw what other people think, you're brewing
this stuff for yourself, so don't worry about that. My philosophy
is to find something that works and just stick at it. If you get
bored, do something about it, but don't just do something because
someone thinks you should.

Make Women DROOL Over Your Appearance...

Time and time again, you’ve heard that seducing women is not about the way you look, it’s about using the right techniques.

That’s certainly true… but all romantic relationships begin with some sort of sexual attraction. There’s no way around that.

In other words, even though you don’t NEED to be good-looking to pick up women… it certainly helps!

“OK,” you may be thinking to yourself, “but I’m stuck with the way I look. It’s out of my control.”

Well, that’s totally and utterly incorrect. There are secrets and strategies you can use that will quickly and dramatically improve your appearance… no matter what you may look like right now.

I can hear you groaning right now, thinking that it probably involves expensive plastic surgery or dangerous “magic pills”. Wrong again.

A good friend of mine, Mark Belmont, has developed a system that can completely transform your appearance without surgery, supplements, or any other gimmicks.

His step-by-step appearance transformation system is incredible, and I’ve seen dozens of guys use it with great success. I was skeptical at first, but I now employ his strategies myself and I’ve noticed a huge difference.

Maybe now that girl you’ve had a crush on since FOREVER will notice you now… and maybe she will strike up a conversation with you first! It's finally possible.

Since he offers a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee, you’d be crazy not to give it a try. After all, who wouldn’t want an extra edge over the competition?

Taking Care Of Your Home Brewing Equipment

If you are shopping around any internet site or catalog because
you're in the market for some home brewing equipment, you may
notice a lot of very large and pointed ads that strongly encourage
you to buy their sanitizers and sanitizing products.

Your first thought might be that this is just a waste of time; you can just
wash your own fermenting containers, airlocks, and boiling pots at home (or better yet, have your spouse do it!) with regular dish soap. After all, if that bottle of Palmolive is good enough for your plates and glasses, it should be good enough for your home brewing equipment, right?

Actually, there's a reason why those sanitizers are advertised right along with your equipment, and a reason why you should be using those products instead of your regular dish soap.

Home brewing equipment is not like any other set of dishes or
cookware in your home. It's highly unlikely that you have active
cultures and live microbial elements in your other dishes; most of
the food that you eat is dead and cooked. When you add yeast to
your mixture, that yeast reacts with the sugar in your wort, which
is what eventually turns to alcohol. However, any residual amounts
of yeast and sugar left over in your home brewing equipment will
continue to react with each other, even if you can't see that going
on with the naked eye.

Allowing these microbial elements to flourish without getting rid
of them is definitely going to affect all of your later batches of
beer, and may even introduce harmful bacteria that can make you
sick, if they're not taken care of properly. Most manufacturers of
home brewing equipment recommend that you do indeed wash the
equipment with hot water or with dish soap, but that you then
sanitize everything right after. This sanitizing step does more
than just remove surface dirt, which is all that washing and
rinsing is going to do for your home brewing equipment. Rather, it
removes all traces and elements of your previous batches and
doesn't allow them to continue to flourish.

Remember that brewing is a chemical process and that yeast is an
active culture, not something dead like meat or eggs. You can wash
your regular dinner dishes in hot water and soap and be assured
that everything is properly cleaned, but your home brewing
equipment is more like lab equipment than dinner dishes. It needs
to have all traces of your "experiments" or brewing processes
removed in order to be ready for your next batch.

So don't hesitate when you see those advertisements for sanitizers
made especially for home brewing equipment. The manufacturers
aren't encouraging you to buy them just so that they'll make more
money; they know that this is a very important step in having a
successful brewing process. They are usually very affordable
anyway, so you should definitely consider using them in order to
properly care for and maintain your own home brewing equipment.

Help! I Still Love My Ex

If you are finding yourself saying, “I still love my ex” then you have to figure out what you want to happen next. It is only natural for there to be some residual love hanging around. After all, the two of you shared some special times together and were able to get close. The closeness and love is not easily broken completely. Does the love that is still there mean that you want to get back the one you love? When you say, “I still love my ex” what does that mean?

When someone says “I still love my ex” it is a really good sign because, first of all, it means that there was some love there to begin with. That love was a gift that isn't easily taken away. There will still be a fondness there and there will be a lot to remember from the marriage or relationship. Much of it will be good memories. Just because there is love still lingering doesn't mean that you are bound to get back together or that it should even happen. You do need to be asking yourself, “I still love my ex, but do I want my ex back?” If you look at it closely and with a chance to step back and ponder it, you will be more able to see if the two of you are meant to be together.

If you have been able to figure out that your statement, “I still love my ex” is due to just a remaining fondness then don't feel any need to push it in one direction or another. Just go with the flow. What will happen is that the two of you will either drift away or you will remain friends for a long time. That could be something special on it's own and something few have. Good friends are hard to find.

If, by saying, “I still love my ex”, you mean that you want to get back together with them then you have to be willing to do some work. You need to first see if the other person has an interest in getting back together with you. This will happen naturally because, like with the above advice, it will happen naturally. Just don't push it one way or the other and you will tell if the feeling is mutual. When the two of you decide that you want to try again, be ready to work.

If this was a marriage that failed, seek marriage counseling. No matter what kind of relationship it was, though, seek relationship advice from someone trained to do so who can help the two of you build back stronger what had fallen apart. Obviously there were mistakes made and the two of you were incapable of handling it on your own. If you had been getting counseling before, find someone different to get it from. The two of you will need a fresh start and someone that will help the two of you make the relationship stronger.

If you find yourself saying “Help! I still love my ex!” there isn't any need to panic. Just let things take their course naturally at first and then seek help to get it on the right path. The momentum you two make on your own will make the guidance easier. Before you know it, you won't be saying, “I love my ex,” but you will be saying “I'm in love!”

How To Get A Lover Back In Love

The time at the beginning of a love affair are the best and usually the brightest part of the romance. Everything seems so new and exciting and there is this anticipation that both parties feel wondering if this is “the one.” This point in the relationship is usually called the honeymoon period. It just never seems like it last long enough. Before too long, if there is something at stake in the romance, one or both of them will be asking how to get lover back in love.

After reality sets in there comes some disappointments and with that comes the realization that this isn't as perfect as you had hoped or thought. The ideal relationship that they once thought this was becomes a bit of a disappointment.

For some it takes years before they realize that the flame that had once burned so bright now is but a slowly dying ember. This is usually the point when a lot of marriages or long term relationships will see troubles such as infidelity or possibly a divorce or break up.

For those who aren't willing to let that happen or for those who that has recently happened the thing that they need to do I get help. Get relationship advice from someone who has been there and gotten through it or from someone with ideas that can bring a spark back. Ask someone some help on how to get lover back in love. If you ask how to get lover back in love, you will probably hear some suggestions like increase your communication, take a trip together, or talk about old times.

Communication
It should be one of the most obvious things that you need to do when you want to know how to get lover back to loving you. It doesn't have to be these long, drawn out discussions about what went wrong or something that is bound to bring confrontational feelings out. Small talk is good. Talk about your day. Ask open ended questions about things that will need more than just a quick 'yes' or 'no' answer.

Take A Trip Together
One of the greatest bonding activities is going on a road trip. You could try going somewhere that the two of you used to go early on in the relationship or somewhere brand new. It doesn't matter if it is just a short trip or long one, good can come out of it. It can be a great step towards finding out how to get lover back and the romance alive again.

Talk About The Old Times
It can be a lot of fun to go and take that old drive down memory lane and just ponder all the things that the two of you used to do. Go back and visit the places that meant something to you back when things were new and exciting. Play an old song or album or movie that had some special meaning to you. Make it seem like some random event or something you just thought of.

There are many more things that you could do but one thing that will really help is just breaking up the routine. The key to making these plans work is to make them seem like spontaneous events. Make the road trip together random. “Stumble upon” the old music or movie and just start playing it. “Accidentally” open a box that has some old memorabilia that will spark a conversation about the old times. The key to finding out how to get lover back and in love comes with setting things in place for the two of you to “fall in love” again.

Model Trains - A Good Quality Locomotive Will Make All The Difference!

It can be very frustrating having a model train locomotive that you need to push to get going, or it suddenly speeds up and falls off the tracks.

A locomotive runs by picking up the electricity from the track through its wheels. The wheels transfer the electricity to the motor, which then turns the gears to drive the locomotive.

A locomotive with poor pickup on the wheels or a poor gear set up will give you lots of problems. As with most things, you get what you pay for… but this is one area you do not want to skimp on. A great operating locomotive is 90% of the way to having a fantastic model train layout.

When buying a locomotive these points are critical:

• The amount of metal wheels that pick up the electricity - the more the better, but definitely more than 1 set.
•A good gearing ratio and motor which requires the least amount of electricity to move the locomotive, with a slow but smooth start.
•Flywheels at one or both ends of the motor to ensure a smooth take off and smooth stop.
•The weight of the locomotive should be just right to maintain a good connection to the track at all times but not too heavy to make the locomotive sluggish.
•The length of the locomotive - shorter diesel locomotives are less likely to derail on the curves than longer steam locomotives.

Most hobby shops will let you test the locomotive on their in-house test tracks before you buy.

Test the locomotive forwards and backwards… Check for a nice smooth take off and a nice smooth stop when the power is ramped up or down.

I usually go into my local hobby shop after doing my research online, test the locomotive, and then purchase online…

That tip has saved me nearly 30% of the retail price in some cases…

Buy quality when you buy your locomotives… I guarantee the investment will be well worth it.

Unhappy Relationship 3 Things You Can Do About It

Unhappy relationships are an inevitable part of romance, and their causes are numerous. Sometimes, a commitment is made and that once made, it can be hard to leave an unhappy situation. You may feel that you have to stay in order to support your loved ones, that you are unable to leave for any number of reasons. You find that you are making a number of excuses to stay in a situation that is not good for you.

If you are facing an unhappy relationship, then there are three things you need to do. Firstly, you can do nothing and maintain things just as they are. You will continue on your path of misery, those around you will become miserable, and you will continue along this path until you are in the worst of situations. So why does this situation occur? It is the simplest thing to do. It is easy to not do anything about the situation, and very hard to turn a bad partnership or unhappy relationship around. While it may seem noble, it is a bad decision to try and stay.

Out of the three, the other option which involves staying in the relationship is to fix things. This step requires a full commitment, anything less is as bad, if not worse, than trying to stick things out. This step requires that your partner is also committed in full to repair of the situation. This is the most challenging of the situations, but can lead to the best situation. Any changes made here will be lasting and permanent. If your partner is not committed towards the repair of the unhappy relationship, then all attempts to repair things will fail.

The last possibility is to leave. This is also very hard since people will make excuses in order to stay. Sometimes, however, it is a matter of ending the relationship before things become irreparable. Unhappiness, fighting, depression, and many other factors eventually come out of an unhappy relationship. This will not only bring you and your loved ones great suffering, but it will also negatively affect those around you are well. You have to overcome everything that is holding you back and take that first step towards resolving the matter.

If you need one, you should seek out the aide from a therapist or a coach. Mental hindrances in an unhappy relationship can be taken care of with the help of a therapist. If you need to work strategies for repairing your situation, then you should instead get a coach, someone who will work with you to develop strategies and get the success you need.

An unhappy relationship will mean one of three possibilities. You will either stay or suffer, you will repair things with your ex, or you will move out and move on. Therapists and coaches provide technical support while your family and friends will provide you with the support network you need when you make. All it takes is an effort to do what is right for you and your loved ones.

Potatoes -Good For a Lean Body Or Not?

Here's Some Great Info On Potatoes And Getting A Lean Body Courtesy Of Mike Geary

I'd like to start a little discussion today about carbohydrates... and in particular, potatoes. One reason I wanted to mention this is because so many health and fitness professionals trash talk potatoes about being a bad carbohydrate choice because of the high glycemic index. Some even say such ridiculous things as "avoid any and all white carbohydrates".

Ok, now while I certainly agree that white bread and refined white sugar are two of the worst things we can be feeding our bodies, I definitely don't agree with avoiding any and all "white carbohydrates". Now I know all of the buzz lately has been about colorful foods and the protective antioxidants that they contain. They tell you to focus on colors and stay away from white. It's true that colorful foods are great, but it is a big mistake to specifically avoid white foods! There are plenty of white foods that have specific nutrients that are hard to find elsewhere. Let's look at a few examples...

What about onions and garlic? They are both white and they are chock full of protective phytonutrients, vitamins, and trace minerals that aren't easy to find eslewhere in a normal diet... such nutrients as allicin, quercetin (an important flavonoid), chromium, and other unique anti-inflammatory nutrients.

Another example of something white that is great for you is cauliflower. Cauliflower is loaded with vitamin C, fiber, minerals, and special compounds such as glucosinolates and thiocyanates, which are specifically abundant in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage.

Not many people realize this, but surprisingly, even white mushrooms have high levels of unique nutrients and antioxidants. White mushrooms are high in a couple types of antioxidants called polyphenols and ergothioneine.

Now that also leads us to another example - white potatoes (which by the way, can also be found in red, yellow, purple varieties, etc). Many health professionals claim that potatoes are a bad carbohydrate because they are thought to have a high glycemic index. First of all, if you've read my Truth about Six Pack Abs book, then you understand that glycemic index is not necessarily the most important factor in choosing your carbohydrates.

While a generalization can be made that most low glycemic index carbohydrate choices will help you lose body fat easier than high glycemic index choices, it is not all that it's cracked up to be. There are many other factors that determine how your body will react-to and process the carbohydrates you ingest, such as glycemic load and also how you combine the high GI food with other foods.

For example, using glycemic load as an example... it is known that watermelon has a high glycemic index. However, the glycemic load of a normal serving of watermelon is just way too low for your body to start packing on body fat just because you ate a high glycemic index fruit. You would have to eat such an enormous quantity of watermelon just to get enough grams of carbohydrates to have any negative glycemic effect, that it is just non-sensical.

Not to mention that watermelon is also a great source of vitamins, minerals, and lycopene. There's just no reason to avoid it simply because it has a high GI. My point is... candy bars, cupcakes, and donuts make you fat... NOT watermelons, carrots, or potatoes.

Also, as i mentioned, food combinations are important in how your body processes the carbohydrates and the associated blood sugar and insulin response you receive. For example, if you mix a high glycemic index carbohydrate with an extra source of fiber, healthy fats, or even certain proteins, many times the blood sugar and glycemic response will be slowed down considerably by the way you combined the food. Again, I talk in detail about this entire topic in my Truth about Six Pack Abs book

Alright, so back to my point that white potatoes are actually a healthy carbohydrate as long as you eat them in the right form... with the entire skin, and please don't ruin them by deep frying them into french fries either! French fries are one of the most evil things ever invented for your health, but only because we ruin them by soaking them in a scorching bath of trans fats in the deep fryer from the hydrogenated oils that are typically used.

Keep in mind that potatoes contain so many vitamins and minerals that the list is way too long to even try. Also, as long as you eat the skins, you get a decent shot of fiber too.

On the topic of potatoes not being so bad after all, I don't remember where I saw this referenced, but I recently saw a particular study that had participants eat something like 7-9 whole potatoes per day for several weeks. At the conclusion of the study, the potato eaters had actually consistently lost wei.ght! I'd venture a guess that the reason the people lost we.ight is that they were probably so full from eating all of those damn potatoes, that they actually consumed less calories than normal! An average sized potato only has about 100-120 calories, and I can surely imagine you'd be full constantly from eating 7-9 potatoes each day.

Now I would never recommend going to those extremes, but my point is that an occasional potato is not going to hurt your efforts to get lean, especially if you combine it with some other fibrous vegetables and maybe a healthy fat and some protein. On that note, I have one of my favorite recipes for you, using potatoes.

Geary's Lean-Body Potato Side Dish

Desired quantity of baby potatoes (I like to use this mixture I found recently at a health food store... it is a mixture of white, red, yellow, and purple baby potatoes)

1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 or 2 onions
a couple cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 or 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
a little salt and pepper to taste (I like using a sea salt instead of normal commercial salt)

Cut the baby potatoes into slightly smaller pieces and place in a steamer until soft all the way through. Slice up the peppers and onions into strips and add with the chopped garlic into a pan with the olive oil. Cook the peppers, onions, and garlic until tender, and then add the steamed baby potatoes. Stir it all together and serve. This is a delicious and healthy side dish that goes great with chicken or red meat.

I hope you've enjoyed this little topic today about potatoes, healthy carbohydrates, glycemic index, and my killer potato recipe idea! That's about all for today.

Have a great week, and I'll be back in touch soon.

Stay lean,

How To Get My Boyfriend Back After I Drove Him Away

One of the questions that you may ask yourself is how to get my boyfriend back. The practice of dating is full of ups and downs, and most of the downs are the result of a misunderstanding. So when you are trying to figure out what went wrong, here are some clues as to where men get the wrong message and end up backing off.

Many men back off for a reason that seems counter intuitive. By trying too hard to please the guy, serving his every need, in the end you are selling yourself as a doormat in his eyes. The idea is to be respectful with who you are, and how you sell yourself. That is not to say you should be dominant, but that you should say that being someone who is respectable is how to get my boyfriend back. Men do like to be treated well at times, but they want women who can standup for themselves.

Another thing that will send them away is to talk about your ex's. Men are competing when they are dating. They are thinking of the other men who are potential competitors to their efforts, so when you mention other men in your life you are giving them something to compare against. Again, this is not to say you should not say anything. Background and personal history is important. Knowing that you dated one man throughout high school and college is important. Telling your date that he is a football player with 20 awards, his game stats, where his tattoos are, etc. is too much. Focusing on one ex will sell the idea that either you still have feelings for him, or if it is all negative, you will cause your date to over analyze themselves.

Business like behavior, or conversely being too promiscuous, will work against you. The general ideal is a lady like or feminine behavior. Too much on the skin side can work against you, but being boyish will also push away prospects. You should be feminine, conservative, and someone who is not cheap or intimidating.

Pressuring him is another turn off. This includes trying to get him to define his role and analyze who he is and how he feels. Men tend not to like having their feelings challenged, and if he has an idea that is proven wrong, then it can send him packing.

Another thing to send him packing is to try and change him. You can't. Men think that being steady means that you want him for him, so trying to change him is going to tell him he has a serious problem. Even if he does not have a problem, trying to change him will challenge his feelings and strip him of who he is. Let him be him. If you need something else, find someone else.

No one is perfect, and no relationship is perfect; but when you are trying to figure out how to get my boyfriend back, these are steps to make sure you do not scare him off.

How To Avoid Model Railroad Derailments

Are you frustrated because your model trains derail from time to time?

This was a major frustration for me. I would fix one section of the track and the next day the train would derail on another section.

It frustrated me to the point of wanting to give the hobby away..!

A smooth running model train is a dream for most model train beginners. But it is actually quite easy to achieve with a little attention to detail.

Here are 7 ways to stop your model train derailing:

1 - Ensure every joint on your track is level, aligned and properly fitted.

Sounds like common sense? But poorly assembled track joints are the worst offenders for derailing model trains.

Slide your finger across the joint. It should feel level with the gap between the tracks kept to the absolute minimum. I solder my joints because this stops any problems with expansion and contraction opening and closing of the joints.

With a small file I am able to create a continuously level track and have a beautifully smooth running model train.

2 - Check your track gauge on joints, turnouts and frog assemblies.

Another common problem for model train derailments is incorrect track gauge. A tight track gauge will cause the wheels to climb up and derail off the track.

A wide track gauge will also derail your model train as the wheel flanges can not span the track properly. The gauge can be adjusted using a soldering iron to gently heat the rail, moving the rail to the correct position and allowing it to cool.

3 - Check your switch points for sharpness when they switch.

Some new switch points can be fairly blunt on the movable section where it strikes up against the stock rails. This can grab on the wheels and cause a model train derailment.

A small file can be used to gently smooth the moveable part of the points to allow a nice smooth transition. Remember to check the gauge in both positions.

4 - Check all your model train couplers.

A snagging coupler will cause model train derailments. Some new carriages can come with unpolished couplers which can catch and force derailments.

Clean off any rough edges and adjust the couplers for proper centering. The manufacturers usually provide these instructions.

5 - Add extra weight to your freight cars.

I find that most freight cars are too light and sometimes all the wheels do not contact the rails equally. By adding a small amount of weight to the cars your model train will run smoother and you will eliminate derailments, especially on the tight radius’s.

Just make sure you add the weight as low as possible to the car and in the centre, keeping a low center of gravity.

6 - Check all your wheel sets for proper operation.

Wheel sets that are out of gauge, not aligned or moving freely will cause your model train to derail. Check your wheel sets and make sure that your carriages are not crabbing and forcing the wheel flanges into the rail, making it prone to derail.

The carriages should rock freely to take up any small imperfections in your track.

7 - Lubricate the squeaks.

Sometimes the smallest drop of light oil will cure a problem with your model train derailing. An unlubricated or snaggy wheel, or coupler, can cause a slight tip over, or jar, which usually forces the wheel flange to snag the rail and derail your model train.

Oil attracts dust and can damage paintwork, so make sure you use only the smallest amount required.

Now you have no reason to put up with your model train derailing.

It usually comes down to a small bit of maintenance from time to time. With the quality most manufacturers are producing today, and some ongoing maintenance, you can make model train derailments a thing of the past.
