I Want My Husband Back - 5 Helpful Tips

“I want my husband back” is the cry of many women who have seen their marriage start to crumble. It happens often times quietly and slowly and before you know it the marriage looks like it is coming to an end. If you aren't willing to let your marriage die, if you aren't willing to let it fall apart right before your very eyes, then do something about it. Here are some things that can help you get that love back when "I want my husband back."

1.Realize that it wasn't just you and it wasn't just him. It was the both of you. If you are willing to make changes in the way you approach the marriage, your husband might be willing to. Some of it comes down to the way you look at the situation.

2.Realize that it wasn't all one person who is at fault. “It takes two to tango” the saying goes. The same thing is true in any relationship. It isn't just one person that makes it work and it isn't just one person that causes it to fall apart. Don't put all of the weight on your shoulders and don't put it all on your husband's. Pull your weight and encourage him by example to pull his own in trying to make things right.

3.Start with where you are in life and see where you are in life. Look at what it is that makes you happy and drives you. Look for the same thing with your husband. Try to find common ground. If there is love there, you will find that common ground.

4.Once you have found that common ground, try to find some way to use that to your advantage. If there is something that brings the two of you joy, try to find some way for the two of you to experience it together. Let it seem like a spontaneous thought and try to make it seem like it is his idea. Try and generate some excitement about it. Don't go over board with the excitement, though.

5.When you are doing the things that the both of you love, let him know how special you think he is and how much you appreciate him. Let him know that you miss what you used to have. Let him know how you feel. It is easier to have those feelings reciprocated when you are both having fun doing something you love. Don't be afraid to tell him, "I want my husband back." You may just find out he wants the same thing.

You have to know that it may not be possible to get back the relationship to the level it was when it was at it's peak. Just because "I want my husband back" doesn't mean that it is the best thing to get it back to the way that it was. You should believe, though, that what you saw as the high point of your relationship doesn't have to be the all time high point. The best in life is still to come if you are willing to do the work that you need to do. Tell yourself, "I want my husband back, but I want the relationship back stronger than ever" and then work to make it happen.

PULL It Together - Help Save Your Marriage

Those who want help save your marriage from ending in divorce need to PULL it together. It is a hard thing to watch a marriage that was once so precious and important fall apart. It's heart breaking to sit by as the two of you start going your separate ways. If you don't want that to happen then do something about it. Pull it together to help save your marriage.

Chill out:

Take a moment to catch your breath and step back from the situation. Not necessarily take a break from it but to just calm down. It is easy for things to get over-heated. Take a moment to catch your breath and give it a moment to cool off. When you were young you were probably told to count to 10 when you got angry so that you could give yourself a chance to get yourself under control.

The same principle applies here. Before you do anything else, take a breath. The next time something is said to you that makes you mad, calm down, get a hold of yourself and then let go of your anger. Only then can you truly learn how to communicate and take the next step to help save your marriage.

Understand what is happening:

While you are “chilling out” and taking a moment to breathe, take a look at what is happening. This is where you try and look at the big picture and then look at things from other perspectives. From where you are standing at the moment things may look pretty bad. Try to look at it from other perspectives and it might not be as bad as you thought.

Try looking at it from an outsiders perspective and from the one you love. From those other perspectives you might find out why things have been getting out of control. There may be a relatively simple solution to help save your marriage.

Laugh at yourselves:

This doesn't mean to make light of the situation but it does mean don't take yourselves so seriously. It is easy to make mountains out of mole hills. Things snowball out of control but when you are able to see what it was that actually made the snowball you may end up laughing at it.

It can be hilarious to find out how a minuscule thing can turn into something so huge when it didn't have to. It can be hilarious if you are willing to let it be. Many times when people go through a rough time they will say, “Sometime we are going to look back at this and laugh!” Why wait?

Look for ways to improve:

Once you have had a chance to step back and catch your breath and then been able to get some perspective on the situation, you can move on. When you have realized that at it's root, this situation or problems that you have been struggling with is really small and manageable you can get things on track.

The next thing that you need to do is commit yourself to finding a way to improve. If you are responsible for the little things that get blown out of proportion, then try stopping it. If you have learned that you overreact, then stop it. Improve the way you handle situations and everything else may just fall into place to help save your marriage.

To help save your marriage, PULL together and bring back what belongs together...the two of you.

My Boyfriend Dumped Me - Picking Myself Back Up

“I feel like dying because my boyfriend dumped me!” It isn't the end of the world and it isn't even close. Even though it hurts, it isn't going to kill you. This is something that you can and will get over. It will take some work, some help, some readjusting in the way you think, and some time. Be sure that just because you are upset that “my boyfriend dumped me” doesn't mean that life stops, life goes on. Be ready for it.

Getting past the idea that “my boyfriend dumped me” isn't going to be easy but it also isn't going to be impossible. You are going to have to pick yourself up and dust yourself off and move along. The alternative means that you will be stuck wallowing in your own misery. If that is no life that you want to have then do what it takes to get out of it. It takes work to climb back out of the pit but the work is worth it.

Don't be afraid to ask for help but be careful where it is that you ask for it. If you are battling depression because of it, seek professional help. This doesn't mean that you are going crazy, depression is something that many people deal with so don't worry about people judging you. Do try to beat it, though.

It may be, though, that you have good friends or family that can help you out while you are trying to deal with that fact that “my boyfriend dumped me.” Be careful to not lay too much on these people, though, and when you ask for advice, follow it. If you are constantly complaining about your life and the situation but aren't following up on what advice is given, they are going to reach a point that you don't want. They are going to get tired of you and cut you off or seriously consider it.

You should also re-frame the way you look at the situation. Try looking at it from a different angle or perspective. While you may see it as the end of the world, from another person's perspective, it may not be. Try to find that other person's perspective. Try to see what good it is that you have to offer someone. What are your best qualities? For sure there is going to be someone out there who will appreciate them. Wait for them to come along.

While you are waiting, find some way to improve yourself. Find something that you have long dreamed about doing and throw your life into it. If there is something non-romantic that you have longed to achieve in life, pursue it. Do you want to make yourself better in anyway, now is the time to do it. Try to find someway to use this time and that negative energy you have and do something positive with it.

The end result will be a happier you. Once you have found that happiness, it will become magnetic and draw in the person that you dream of, the one that makes you smile and makes you feel like you belong. It will make you look back on this dark time in your life when you were crying because “my boyfriend dumped me” and see it as one of the best things that ever happened to you.

3 Different Methods Of Brewing

There are lots of different ways you can brew beer from home. You
can take the easy and quick route or the longer route, I'll go
through the reasons for each in a minute. Large breweries obviously
do the whole shebang.

They malt their barley, they mash their grains and they can afford
to do this because they're a big company. But if you don't want to
go through the whole process, you don't have to and here's why...
These days, you can buy cans of malt extract and hopped malted
extract, so essentially all the hard work has been done for you.

This really cuts down on your brewing time and it makes everything
so much easier, not to mention that you really don't need much
equipment at all.

This is called kit brewing, because you start with a brew kit.
These days there are a whole heap of good quality brands available
and it's possible to make some really excellent beer with it. To do
a kit brew, you simply open up the tin, add some extra malt
extract, boil it up and away you go.

Some people make the mistake of thinking that this is an inferior
way to brew. In fact it's not. I've made some excellent beers this
way, although I quickly moved onto extract and all grain brewing
later, it wasn't because the beer was bad.

The pros of this method are that it's easy. You mix a few things
up, boil it up (not completely necessary, but advisable), then let
the yeast do it's work. It doesn't require much equipment either.
You can simply buy a basic kit from your home brew shop and be sure
that you have enough stuff to do the job. No struggling to build
yourself an all grain brewery here.

And finally, it's quick to do. Once all your equipment is cleaned,
you can have your brewing done in under an hour. This is either
good or bad depending on how busy you are and how hooked you are on
brewing. Once you get hooked you probably won't mind spending all
day in your garage tinkering away like a mad scientist.

On the downside, you're somewhat limited to what you can brew. Just
using the malt extracts from the tin is easy, but it doesn't allow
you to be as creative. This is great when you're beginning, but as
you gain more experience, some of the fun comes from thinking up
recipes and trying out different things. You can't really do this
well with kit brews.

The next level up is extract brewing. This is a great next step for
those people who are a little bored with brewing the same old kits.
It's basically the same as kit brewing, except for one extra step:
steeping specialty grains.

In the next step, I'll be briefly mentioning mashing grains. That's
not necessary here for one main reason, the grains you'll be using
don't need to be mashed. They do however, need to be crushed. You
can do this with a machine at home or you can just get the home
brew shop to do it for you.

Just make sure you don't crush the grains into powder, you want the
sugars from the grains to go into the beer, not the actual grain
husks themselves. This additional step is simple and can make for
great beer.

Not only does it add extra character to the beer, it allows you to
be more creative and also allows you to emulate your favorite
styles even closer...

Steeping is also quite easy. Simply heat up your pot of water (the
stuff you're going to use to do the boil in) then when it gets
close to boiling, turn off the heat and, with your specialty grains
in a grain bag, start dunking the bag in and out, ensuring that you
get all the sugars out that you can.

Be careful not to squeeze the grain bag too hard, you don't want
any part of the actual grain husk to go into the water, we only
want the sugars that will create a nice flavor in the beer later
on. Dunk for a while and then let the grains soak in the pot for
about 20-30 minutes.

At this point, you can put the rest of the ingredients in and
continue as you did with a kit beer.

The final step is called all grain brewing. This is as hardcore as
you can get. The downside is that it requires more skill, more
knowledge and more equipment. The upside is that it can be more
fun, it's more creative so you can make whatever beer you feel like
and you get to spend an entire day brewing beer!

With all grain brewing, forget using extracts or anything else that
will make brewing easier, doing it all grain is doing it like the
big breweries do it. You'll select your own grains, mash them, do
some other stuff and then continue as normal.

I imagine that anyone hooked on home brewing will eventually move
onto all grain brewing. It's just so much fun and allows you to
literally be a mad scientist. Anything goes! There is an entire
chapter on this process towards the end of this chapter, so don't
worry, all will be clear by the end of this book.

When to Graduate...

A lot of people have asked me when they should move on from kits to
extracts to all grains. And I usually tell them once they've been
brewing for exactly 12.3 weeks. No I don't, because there is no
hard and fast rule about this.

It all has to do with you. You're the boss here, you make all the
decisions. I do recommend you start with kit brews just so you get
the process down pat. It's simple and once you've done a couple you
might be bored, but just start with kits anyway.

So the key is to realize when you are bored and when you feel a bit
stifled by the restrictions of your current process. Once you get a
couple of kit brews under your belt, you might feel it's time to
start playing around with specialty grains.

And maybe once you've done a few extracts, you feel it's time to
move on to the final step of all grain brewing. It really doesn't
matter. And despite what some hardcore brewers say, there's nothing
wrong with just brewing kit beer.

If you kit beer makes you happy and you don't want to spend hours
brewing away, don't! Screw what other people think, you're brewing
this stuff for yourself, so don't worry about that. My philosophy
is to find something that works and just stick at it. If you get
bored, do something about it, but don't just do something because
someone thinks you should.

Make Women DROOL Over Your Appearance...

Time and time again, you’ve heard that seducing women is not about the way you look, it’s about using the right techniques.

That’s certainly true… but all romantic relationships begin with some sort of sexual attraction. There’s no way around that.

In other words, even though you don’t NEED to be good-looking to pick up women… it certainly helps!

“OK,” you may be thinking to yourself, “but I’m stuck with the way I look. It’s out of my control.”

Well, that’s totally and utterly incorrect. There are secrets and strategies you can use that will quickly and dramatically improve your appearance… no matter what you may look like right now.

I can hear you groaning right now, thinking that it probably involves expensive plastic surgery or dangerous “magic pills”. Wrong again.

A good friend of mine, Mark Belmont, has developed a system that can completely transform your appearance without surgery, supplements, or any other gimmicks.

His step-by-step appearance transformation system is incredible, and I’ve seen dozens of guys use it with great success. I was skeptical at first, but I now employ his strategies myself and I’ve noticed a huge difference.

Maybe now that girl you’ve had a crush on since FOREVER will notice you now… and maybe she will strike up a conversation with you first! It's finally possible.

Since he offers a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee, you’d be crazy not to give it a try. After all, who wouldn’t want an extra edge over the competition?

Taking Care Of Your Home Brewing Equipment

If you are shopping around any internet site or catalog because
you're in the market for some home brewing equipment, you may
notice a lot of very large and pointed ads that strongly encourage
you to buy their sanitizers and sanitizing products.

Your first thought might be that this is just a waste of time; you can just
wash your own fermenting containers, airlocks, and boiling pots at home (or better yet, have your spouse do it!) with regular dish soap. After all, if that bottle of Palmolive is good enough for your plates and glasses, it should be good enough for your home brewing equipment, right?

Actually, there's a reason why those sanitizers are advertised right along with your equipment, and a reason why you should be using those products instead of your regular dish soap.

Home brewing equipment is not like any other set of dishes or
cookware in your home. It's highly unlikely that you have active
cultures and live microbial elements in your other dishes; most of
the food that you eat is dead and cooked. When you add yeast to
your mixture, that yeast reacts with the sugar in your wort, which
is what eventually turns to alcohol. However, any residual amounts
of yeast and sugar left over in your home brewing equipment will
continue to react with each other, even if you can't see that going
on with the naked eye.

Allowing these microbial elements to flourish without getting rid
of them is definitely going to affect all of your later batches of
beer, and may even introduce harmful bacteria that can make you
sick, if they're not taken care of properly. Most manufacturers of
home brewing equipment recommend that you do indeed wash the
equipment with hot water or with dish soap, but that you then
sanitize everything right after. This sanitizing step does more
than just remove surface dirt, which is all that washing and
rinsing is going to do for your home brewing equipment. Rather, it
removes all traces and elements of your previous batches and
doesn't allow them to continue to flourish.

Remember that brewing is a chemical process and that yeast is an
active culture, not something dead like meat or eggs. You can wash
your regular dinner dishes in hot water and soap and be assured
that everything is properly cleaned, but your home brewing
equipment is more like lab equipment than dinner dishes. It needs
to have all traces of your "experiments" or brewing processes
removed in order to be ready for your next batch.

So don't hesitate when you see those advertisements for sanitizers
made especially for home brewing equipment. The manufacturers
aren't encouraging you to buy them just so that they'll make more
money; they know that this is a very important step in having a
successful brewing process. They are usually very affordable
anyway, so you should definitely consider using them in order to
properly care for and maintain your own home brewing equipment.

Help! I Still Love My Ex

If you are finding yourself saying, “I still love my ex” then you have to figure out what you want to happen next. It is only natural for there to be some residual love hanging around. After all, the two of you shared some special times together and were able to get close. The closeness and love is not easily broken completely. Does the love that is still there mean that you want to get back the one you love? When you say, “I still love my ex” what does that mean?

When someone says “I still love my ex” it is a really good sign because, first of all, it means that there was some love there to begin with. That love was a gift that isn't easily taken away. There will still be a fondness there and there will be a lot to remember from the marriage or relationship. Much of it will be good memories. Just because there is love still lingering doesn't mean that you are bound to get back together or that it should even happen. You do need to be asking yourself, “I still love my ex, but do I want my ex back?” If you look at it closely and with a chance to step back and ponder it, you will be more able to see if the two of you are meant to be together.

If you have been able to figure out that your statement, “I still love my ex” is due to just a remaining fondness then don't feel any need to push it in one direction or another. Just go with the flow. What will happen is that the two of you will either drift away or you will remain friends for a long time. That could be something special on it's own and something few have. Good friends are hard to find.

If, by saying, “I still love my ex”, you mean that you want to get back together with them then you have to be willing to do some work. You need to first see if the other person has an interest in getting back together with you. This will happen naturally because, like with the above advice, it will happen naturally. Just don't push it one way or the other and you will tell if the feeling is mutual. When the two of you decide that you want to try again, be ready to work.

If this was a marriage that failed, seek marriage counseling. No matter what kind of relationship it was, though, seek relationship advice from someone trained to do so who can help the two of you build back stronger what had fallen apart. Obviously there were mistakes made and the two of you were incapable of handling it on your own. If you had been getting counseling before, find someone different to get it from. The two of you will need a fresh start and someone that will help the two of you make the relationship stronger.

If you find yourself saying “Help! I still love my ex!” there isn't any need to panic. Just let things take their course naturally at first and then seek help to get it on the right path. The momentum you two make on your own will make the guidance easier. Before you know it, you won't be saying, “I love my ex,” but you will be saying “I'm in love!”

How To Get A Lover Back In Love

The time at the beginning of a love affair are the best and usually the brightest part of the romance. Everything seems so new and exciting and there is this anticipation that both parties feel wondering if this is “the one.” This point in the relationship is usually called the honeymoon period. It just never seems like it last long enough. Before too long, if there is something at stake in the romance, one or both of them will be asking how to get lover back in love.

After reality sets in there comes some disappointments and with that comes the realization that this isn't as perfect as you had hoped or thought. The ideal relationship that they once thought this was becomes a bit of a disappointment.

For some it takes years before they realize that the flame that had once burned so bright now is but a slowly dying ember. This is usually the point when a lot of marriages or long term relationships will see troubles such as infidelity or possibly a divorce or break up.

For those who aren't willing to let that happen or for those who that has recently happened the thing that they need to do I get help. Get relationship advice from someone who has been there and gotten through it or from someone with ideas that can bring a spark back. Ask someone some help on how to get lover back in love. If you ask how to get lover back in love, you will probably hear some suggestions like increase your communication, take a trip together, or talk about old times.

Communication
It should be one of the most obvious things that you need to do when you want to know how to get lover back to loving you. It doesn't have to be these long, drawn out discussions about what went wrong or something that is bound to bring confrontational feelings out. Small talk is good. Talk about your day. Ask open ended questions about things that will need more than just a quick 'yes' or 'no' answer.

Take A Trip Together
One of the greatest bonding activities is going on a road trip. You could try going somewhere that the two of you used to go early on in the relationship or somewhere brand new. It doesn't matter if it is just a short trip or long one, good can come out of it. It can be a great step towards finding out how to get lover back and the romance alive again.

Talk About The Old Times
It can be a lot of fun to go and take that old drive down memory lane and just ponder all the things that the two of you used to do. Go back and visit the places that meant something to you back when things were new and exciting. Play an old song or album or movie that had some special meaning to you. Make it seem like some random event or something you just thought of.

There are many more things that you could do but one thing that will really help is just breaking up the routine. The key to making these plans work is to make them seem like spontaneous events. Make the road trip together random. “Stumble upon” the old music or movie and just start playing it. “Accidentally” open a box that has some old memorabilia that will spark a conversation about the old times. The key to finding out how to get lover back and in love comes with setting things in place for the two of you to “fall in love” again.

Model Trains - A Good Quality Locomotive Will Make All The Difference!

It can be very frustrating having a model train locomotive that you need to push to get going, or it suddenly speeds up and falls off the tracks.

A locomotive runs by picking up the electricity from the track through its wheels. The wheels transfer the electricity to the motor, which then turns the gears to drive the locomotive.

A locomotive with poor pickup on the wheels or a poor gear set up will give you lots of problems. As with most things, you get what you pay for… but this is one area you do not want to skimp on. A great operating locomotive is 90% of the way to having a fantastic model train layout.

When buying a locomotive these points are critical:

• The amount of metal wheels that pick up the electricity - the more the better, but definitely more than 1 set.
•A good gearing ratio and motor which requires the least amount of electricity to move the locomotive, with a slow but smooth start.
•Flywheels at one or both ends of the motor to ensure a smooth take off and smooth stop.
•The weight of the locomotive should be just right to maintain a good connection to the track at all times but not too heavy to make the locomotive sluggish.
•The length of the locomotive - shorter diesel locomotives are less likely to derail on the curves than longer steam locomotives.

Most hobby shops will let you test the locomotive on their in-house test tracks before you buy.

Test the locomotive forwards and backwards… Check for a nice smooth take off and a nice smooth stop when the power is ramped up or down.

I usually go into my local hobby shop after doing my research online, test the locomotive, and then purchase online…

That tip has saved me nearly 30% of the retail price in some cases…

Buy quality when you buy your locomotives… I guarantee the investment will be well worth it.
