There's a lot of free guitar lessons sites online and most of them are just fronts trying to get you to sign up for some guitar affiliate program. If you're real beginner you might think that there aren't any real free guitar sites out there. Well take heart.
I came a cross a real good beginners guitar lesson site. All the lessons are there right on the site. I'm not going to tell you there aren't some ads for some paid programs, as there are, but there is a complete beginner's program on the site for free.
While this site owner does have links to 2 paid programs I happen to check both of those programs out and they actually looked pretty good so I believe they are listed with some concern to not steering anyone down the wrong path.
So if you're looking for a true free guitar lessons site this is at least one place you can start.
